Donald R. "Ducky" Biskupski, age 84 of Hastings, died peacefully on Thursday afternoon, December 24, 2020, at White Pine Senior Living in Cottage Grove.
Donald R., the son of Joseph and Christine (Beissel) Biskupski, was born on April 24, 1936, in Hastings. Following his education, Ducky began his life-long career with the Rail Road. Ducky enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, gardening and tending to his tulip and tomato gardens, and playing pool. He was a longtime member of South St. Paul Rod & Gun Club where he received many awards for his talent. Ducky will be remembered for being a jokester and always made sure to give someone a hard time in his own way.
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Howard, Marvin, Audrey Braun, Sister Christine Biskupski of Cenacle Sisters, and recently by his brother, Arnie on December 18, 2020.
Ducky is survived by his siblings, Gerald (Mary) Biskupski, Rita Biskupski, Katie (Lloyd) Lindstedt, and Betty (Russ) Anderson; and by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Private Family Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2021, at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hastings. Interment will follow at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish Cemetery.
Family and friends are cordially invited to a visitation from 9:00 am to 12:00 Noon at the funeral home on Saturday morning.
