SAUK CITY—Funeral services for Peter Ganser, 83, who died at his farm home in. the Town of Roxbury Thursday after a brief illness, will be held at 9 a. m. Monday in the Schwoagler funeral home here and at 9:30 in St. Norbert's Catholic church, Roxbury. The Rev. H. A. Waldkirch, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 8:30 Sunday night in the funeral home. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p. m. Saturday.

Mr. Ganser was a lifelong resident of the Roxbury area. He was married to the former Katherine Blum. The couple observed their 55th wedding anniversary in February. Mr. Ganser was a member of the Holy Name society of St. Norbert's church.

He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Andrew Schwartz, Roxbury; five sons, Arthur, Wilbert, and Elmer, all of Roxbury; Oscar, Lodi, and Alvin, Statesville, Ia.; Carl, Alberta, Can.; and Louis and George, both of Sauk City; two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Wachter and Susan, both of Sauk City.
