.He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Betty Carter; grandchildren, Jennifer Lehman (Steven) of Evansville and Michelle Hope (Scott) of Henderson; great grandchildren, Kelly Battiato (Matthew) of Noblesville, IN, Hailee Hope and Emilee Hope both of Henderson; one sister, Shannon Stauber of Mt. Vernon, IN; sister in law Sue Vada Carter of Henderson; daughter in law, Wanda Carter
.Funeral services will be 11:00, Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel with Rev. Chris Manning officiating. Visitation will be 4:00 PM-7:00 PM, Monday, August 23 and Tuesday, 9:00 AM-11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens
