Actor. He was best known for his various roles as "bad guys" in both Greek cinema and television. He studied at the Stavrakos Film-Theatre Higher School and worked in construction while in school. An accident caused him to lose an eye and after being treated, went into acting full-time. He made his acting debut in the 1954 film "The Magic City." He would go on to appear in such films as "The Girl in Black," (1956) "Bed of Grass," (1957) "The Fear," (1966) "With a Sparkle in the Eyes," (1966) "Kierion," (1968) and "Assignment Skybolt." (1968) It was his role in "The Fear" where he solidified his reputation for portraying the role of "the bad guy." In 1973, he made his television debut on the series "I teleftaia anoixi." He went on to appear in such series as "To theatro tis Defteras," "Otan imoun daskalos," "O prigipas," "O thisavros tis Angelinas," and "Karyotakis." He received awards at the Thessaloniki Film Festival for his work in both "Kierion" and in the 1966 film "Me tin lampsi sta matia."
