Apoplexy the Cause—Was on His
Way Home in a Buggy.
Fritz—Frank Fritz was found dead
in the road a quarter of a mile north
of Wjnegar, Saturday night. He was
on his way home from Gladwin in a
buggy, and the horse had gone on
with the empty buggy to Winegar. A
trace was unhooked.
Dr. A. O. Boulton was summoned
and pronounced the cause of his
death apoplexy, and Coroner Wright
decided an inquest unnecessary.
Mr. Fritz was born in Ohio, and
was aged 58 years, 4 months and 3
days, and had been a resident of
Highwood 12 years. He is survived
by his wife and three sons.
Funeral services were held in the
Grout schoolhouse Tuesday at 1:30
p. m. Interment in Grout cemetery.
