He was born July 28, 1915 in North Dakota, a son of the late Christ and Catherine (Lawrence) Klunk. He attended Ebenezer Lutheran School.
On June 5, 1937, he and Agnes Razal were united In marriage at Ebenezer Lutheran Church. Charles was employed at Garton Toy Co. for 47 years, until his retirement in 1961. He served In the Air Force during World War ll.
Survivors include his wife, Agnes and one son, Ronald Klunk, along with other relatives.
He was also preceded in death by 15 brothers and sisters.
There will be no funeral service. Burial will take place in Sunrise Memorial Gardens. Ramm-Ziegler-Novak-Rettke Funeral Home, Southside Chapel, is assisting the family.
