KRUMLAND - Otto H. Krumland, 2722 18th Street, died this morning at Columbus Manor. He was 90.
A family prayer service at 2:45 p.m. Friday will preeded (sic) 3 p.m. funeral rites at Immanuel Lutheran Church, with Rev. B.F. Meschke officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. The body will lie in state from 1 p.m. Thursday to 1 p.m. Friday at Gass-Haney Funeral Chapel; 2-3 p.m. Friday at the church.

KRUMLAND - A retired building contractor, Otto H. Krumland, 90, of 2722 (?) 18th Street, died Wednesday morning at the Columbus Manor.
The Rev. B. F. Meschke will officiate Friday at a 2:45 p.m. family prayer service and 3 p.m. funeral rites at Immanuel Lutheran church, with burial in Roselawn Cemetery. The body lies in state as [sic] Gass-Haney Funeral Chapel until 1 p.m. Friday, then at church, 2-3 p.m.
Lifelong resident of this community, Mr. Krumland was born Oct. 11, 1884, six miles north of Columbus, where he lived until moving to town in 1924.
Son of Gerhart and Wilhelmina (Kunneman) Krumland, he attended District 10 school, was baptized and confirmed at Christ Lutheran Church and married Ida Hake on Dec. 20 1911 at St. John Lutheran church, Shell Creek.
In Columbus he was a member of Immanuel church and served in various church offices. He was a former member of the Lutheran Layman's League.
Preceded in death by his wife in 1956, he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Albert (Florence) Kohtz of Grand Island and Mrs. Erwin (Mildred) Kohtz of Bancroft; three sons, Raymond of Concord, Calif., Eugene of Columbus, Wallace (Ted) of Olympia, Wash.; one brother, Edward, and one sister, Mrs. Louis (Emma) Wilken, both of Columbus; 26 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
One sister, Mrs. Gerhart (Mathilda) Mueller and three brothers, William, Adolph and Theodore preceded him in death.
