Chelan - Doris W. Clark, 78, of Chelan, died Saturday, Sept. 20, 1997, at Parkside Manor following complications from Alzheimer's disease.
She was born Dec. 16, 1918, at Colbert, Texas, the daughter of Lee and Addie (Harvey) Weger. She spent her early years there where she attended school.
She was married to Othnile Clark on July 7, 1935, at Calera, Texas. They moved to Chelan in 1945. Mrs. Clark worked seasonally for Beebe as an apple sorter. She was preceded in death by Mr. Clark in 1993.
She is survived by two sons, Harold, Cashmere, and Tom, Chelan; two daughters, Fay Weber, Whitesboro, Texas, and Grace Hattabaugh, Chelan; three sisters, Edwina Wymire, Dennison, Texas, Leona Hague, Colbert, Texas, and Dorothy Tierch, Oklahoma City, Okla.; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers, two sisters and one infant son.
Services are under the direction of Precht Rose Chapel, Chelan.
