He starred in theater productions such "Tôi Và Chúng Ta," "Tiếng Đàn Vùng Mê Thảo," "Ăn Mày Dĩ Vãng," and "Lũy Hoa," and in television series such as "Những Người Sống Bên Tôi," "Mùa Đông Không Lạnh Giá," "Nụ Tầm Xuân," "Của Để Dành," and "Phía Trước Là Bầu Trời." In 2017, he won Impressive Actor for his performance in "Người Phán Xử" at the VTV Awards. In addition to his work in television and theater, he also starred in films such as "Tướng Về Hưu" (1988), "Trạng Quỳnh" (1989) and "Tiếng Cồng Định Mệnh" (2004). He was awarded "People's Artist" by the Vietnamese government.
