Cải Lương stage actor. Best known for his roles such as Chu Phác Viên in "Lôi Vũ," Bình Thiếu Quân in "Tiếng Hạc Trong Trăng" and Thầy Đề in "Ngao Sò Ốc Hến." Born Nguyễn Xúy in Hà Nam. He began his acting career in Cải Lương theater thanks to his adoptive mother's permission and when joining the Hương Hoa theater troupe, he choose Nam Hùng as his stage name. Throughout his career, he starred in many productions such as "Đêm Huyền Diệu," "Thuyền Ra Cửa Biển," "Đứa Con Trong Rừng Thẳm," and "Mộng Bá Vương" with his colleagues such as Út Bạch Lan, Thành Được, Thanh Nga, and Thanh Thanh Hoa, to whom he was formerly married and with whom he had a child. Following the reunification of Vietnam, he continued his career and went on to play Ông Hương in "Đời Cô Lựu." He was awarded "Meritorious Artist" by the Vietnamese government.
