David Guglel was a private in the Georgia Militia. R.4378: application for pension Mar 3, 1834. b. Jan 212 1764. Soldier enlisted 1782; served as private at various times under Capt. Huges, Col. Eustis, Gen "Mad Anthony" Wayne, building bridges, guarding the magazine at Ebenezer, Ga. and the Commissary's stores at Zubley's Ferry. He was a fifer.
