John Lehmann, 72, of Brownsburg, Indiana, formerly of Gridley and Chenoa, Illinois, died Tuesday (May 27, 2003) at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis.
He was born Aug. 10, 1930 in Chenoa, Illinois to Wanda Nehr and Joseph Lehmann. He is survived by his wife, Kathy; two sons Joseph (Donna) Lehmann and Mark (Susan) Lehmann; one daughter, Alene (Tim) Enderle and seven grandchildren.
He was raised in rural Gridley, Illinois. He graduated from Gridley High School in 1948, received a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Texas and a master's degree from the University of Illinois.
