Death of Sample Trout.
Sample Trout, a well known and respected resident of East Lampeter, died on Friday evening at 10 o'clock at the home of Miss Nettie Bowman at that place. Infirmities incident to his advanced years caused his death. He was seventy-two years of age and was a member of the Reformed Mennonite church. One brother, George, and a son, Amos, of Lancaster, survive. The funeral was held from his late home on Tuesday afternoon at 1 o'clock and at 2 o'clock at Longenecker's with interment in the adjoining cemetery.
