Donald L. Blehm, 70, of Billings, passed away Friday, Feb. 2, 2007, at St. Vincent Healthcare, after a short battle against cancer.

Don was born in Billings. The entered the Army in 1954, after graduating from Senior High. Don was honorably discharged in 1957. Later that year, he married the love of his life, Marjorie Brent. Don's gift was sales, where he worked at a number of places. In 1974, he started City Auto Supply, which he later sold. He and Marjorie moved to Bozeman and established Big Sky Auto Supply, moving back to Billings and opening Mountain Motor Supply, which had three locations. In 1996, Don sold Mountain Motor Supply after having a stroke. Don semi-retired, staying busy helping his daughter and son-in-law start up their business, Mountain PBE Supply.

Don was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Ray Blehm, Sr., Irvin Blehm, Jack Blehm, and five sisters, Julia Long, Amelia Bryant, Harriette Strecker, Margaret Reinbeck, and Edna Canaan.

Don is survived by his wife of 50 years, Marjorie, three children, Kelly (Terry) Steele, Donald (Dawn) Blehm, Jr., and Douglas Blehm; and a brother, James Blehm. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, Mary (Mark) Gaughan, Wayne, Shayla, Samantha, Molly, Alexander, and Lucas Blehm; and his three great-grandchildren, Connor, Olivia, and Ellie Gaughan.

Don was a very dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. His generosity was greatly appreciated. He will truly be missed by all who knew him. Again, Don worked very hard in his lifetime, so, as he always said, "Get back to work and answer the phones".

A memorial service will be held at 11 am Saturday, Feb. 10, at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
