On Nov. 4, 1931, the 80-acre farm of Paul's deceased parents was partitioned between Paul, his brother, Walter Lehmann; and sister, Pauline Lehmann Brustrom. Each sibling received 26.2-acres. On July 24, 1934, Paul Lehmann purchased the 26.2-acres of the Lehmann farm that belonged to his sister, Pauline Brustrom. Paul Lehmann was a truck farmer--he raised fruit and vegetables that he sold to market at the Lehmann Family Farm was too sandy to raise cotton.
