On Wednesday, February 6, 1878 at 7am, our beloved father and father-in-law JOHANN HEINRICH TIEKE died, following three weeks of suffering and furnished with the sacraments of death, at the age of 88 years and 5 months. Burial will take place on Friday, February 8 at a quarter to seven in the morning, from the house of mourning at Pendleton Street, where at the same time a high mass will be held at the St. Paulus church. Friends and relatives are courteously invited by the sorrowing, surviving relatives.
