Frederick, son of Benneville and Hetty Campbell Yarger, was born June 21, 1855 near Flat Rock, Ohio, and passed away December 8, 1928. He was a member of the Methodist church. At the age of 10 years he moved with his parents to a farm near Wanatah, Ind., where he grew to manhood. In 1880 he was united in marriage to Ida B. Yarger who preceded him in death in 1907. In the year 1895, Mr. Yarger moved to Medaryville and has lived here since that time, being engaged in building and contractors supplies. He was united in marriage in 1909 to Mrs. Etta Hardesty of this city. Besides the widow, he leaves two step-sons, Charles of Hammond, Ross of Hammond, and one step-daughter, Mrs. Floss Bradberry of Gary, one sister of Lincoln, Neb., one sister of Centralia, Wash., one brother of Denver, Colo., and several nieces and nephews, besides a host of friends and neighbors. Burial in Morgan Cemetery, LaPorte Co, Indiana.
