Benjamin "Ben" Darnell Cutshall, died Monday, Feb.
3,2003 at a local healthcare center.
He was a native and lifelong resident of Madison
County. He was a retired timber cutter, and logger. He was
the son of the late Bascum and Sophina Sams Cutshall.
He was preceded in death by four sisters, Bonnie Tip-
ton, Nell Waldroup, Evalee Shelton, Minta Crane; and two
brothers, Eldo Cutshall, and Lawrence Cutshall.
He is survived by three sisters, Stella Cutshall, Flor-
ence Metcalf, both oMarshalland Marie Hensley of Er-
win; TN; and three brothers, Raymond and Baxter
Cutshall, of Marshall, and James Cutshall of Bryson City.
Funeral services were heldThursday, Feb. 6 at 2 p.m.
at Bowman Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Heman Hollifield
and Rev. Wayne Rice officiated. Burial followed in the
Roberts Cemetery.
