Funeral: noon Friday at Cana Baptist Church, 2309 E. Renfro, Burleson. Burial: 3 p.m. Sunday at St. Mary's Queen of Angels Church and St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Russell, Kan.
Karin was born on Aug. 22, 1944, in Irxleben, Germany, to parents, Willie and Lucy Meier. Karin had a large heart and showered love on her family and friends. Her memories will be carried on through their legacy. Karin's family was able to celebrate her life with a Thanksgiving gathering.
Survivors: Mother, Lucy Meier; sister, Inga Hollweck of Diepolsdorf, Germany; children, John O. Farmer IV and wife, Michelle of Russell, Kan., L. Christina Farmer Prickett and husband, Phillip of Burleson and Michael W. Farmer and wife, Bridget of Kansas City, Mo.; grandchildren, Craig, Courtney, Kelsey, Kyle, Kayla, Cameron, Joshua, Austin, Jessica, Arian, Abigail and Eva; and a host of extended-family members and friends from Germany, Kansas City, Russell and Fort Worth.
