She married Alfred Engelking Oct. 20, 1920, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hanover Township. For many years, she worked as a sales clerk at the Wolff Store in Ida Grove, Iowa. Mr. Engelking died Oct. 20, 1985,
Survivors include 2 sons, Harold of Lake Havasu City, AZ.; and Francis of Riverside, CA.; a daughter, Joan Jessen of Rockwell City; a sister, Mrs. Anna Bohlander of Sioux City; 6 grandchildren;; and 12 great grandchildren.
Services were at the First United Methodist Church, Ida Grove, Iowa.
