OBITUARY

MICHAEL KOPP
Michael Kopp died early yesterday morning at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr.
and Mrs. Emory Miller, 23 Allegheny avenue. He was aged 78 years, two months and 11 days.
His death was the result of a paralytic stroke which he suffered about eight weeks ago. Mr. Kopp
became ill at the home of his grandson, Raymond Miller, North Codorus township, and was later
moved to the home of his daughter.
Mr. Kopp is survived by the following children: Mrs. Tilman Young, near Spring Grove;
Jacob Kopp, Mt. Holly Springs; Charles Kopp, York; and Mrs. Emory Miller and William Kopp,
both of Hanover. Twenty-four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren also survive. The
body was removed to the funeral parlors of Carl H. Shaffer, Spring Grove, where the services
will take place tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 o'clock. Concluding services will be held in St.
Peter's Union church. The Rev. F. S. Geesey will officiate. Interment will be made in the
cemetery adjoining the church.
