Graveside services for Annelise Gruner , 99, of Pleasantview Ave., who died Sunday at Community-General Hospital, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Woodlawn Cemetery.
There will be no calling hours.
A native of Germany, Mrs. Gruner also lived in New York City before moving to Syracuse 60 years ago. She was to have celebrated her 100th birthday Friday. Mrs. Gruner was a former waitress with Schrafft's Restaurant in New York City.
Mrs. Gruner was a member of St. Stephen's Lutheran Church.
Surviving are a son, Erwin of Clay; three grandsons, David of Hawaii, Scott of Syracuse and Michael of Clay; and three nieces.
Contributions may be made to the memorial fund of St. Stephen's Lutheran Church.
