Taylorsville/Teasdale, Utah - Our loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend passed away comfortably at her home in Taylorsville on Jan. 5, 2009.
She was born April 12, 1946 in Richfield, Utah, a daughter of George Lawrence Durfey Jr.(1903-1987) and Clea King Durfey (1908-1992) . She married Jerry Gutke, February 5, 1966 in Teasdale, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They were later divorced.
She is survived by her 6 children: Michael Gutke, Troy (LeAnn) Gutke, Tonya Gutke, Renon (Randy) Bradshaw, Roger (Tabitha) Gutke, and Rodney Gutke; along with 14 grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Lawrence Clem (deceased) and Joyce Durfey; Karnell King (Joan, deceased) Durfey, Lawana and Allen R. Jones, Russell Lowe and Beth Durfey, Scott Leon Durfey (1938-2007) and Sherry Durfey; Lois and Doug Baker; Larry and Linda Durfey; Renon Durfey (1930-1931) (Deceased).
Graveside services will be held Saturday, Jan. 10, 2009 at 1 p.m. in the Teasdale Cemetery.
Burial will be in the Teasdale Cemetry under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
