Ruby Roper 92 of Scranton died Oct, 14th 2003 in Fort Smith Ar. She was member of Johnson Freewill Baptist Church in Scranton. She is now holding the hand of the Lord that she spent her life serving. She was preceded in death by her parents, Press Denton and Martha Taylor Denton,her husband Clyde Roper,and two sisters and two brothers. She is survived by her two daughters and spouses Barbara and James Koenigseder of Ft. Smith, Betty and Junior Stovall of Scranton; her sons and spouses Darrell Roper of Paris, Ottis and Velta Roper of FT. Smith, and Ronnie and Janice Roper of Charleston; 12 grandchildren 16 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
