K.C. Times, Monday, April 2, 1979-Cassville-Christian Walter, 87, of Cassville, died Friday at a hospital in Wamego, Kan. He was born in Flush, Kan. and lived in Upland, Calif., before moving to Cassville in 1961. Mr. Walter worked at the General Electric Co. 12 years before he retired in 1957. He leaves three sons, Henry A., 7805 Waverly, Kansas City; Guy, Orange, Calif., and Charles Walter, Sikeston, Mo.; three grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Stewart Chapel, Wameo; burial in Wamego Cemetery
