Lorraine Methfessel, age 81 of Sheboygan passed away Saturday, Feb. 7, 2009 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
Lorraine was born November 13, 1927 in Plymouth to the late Christian and Esther (Dryer) Pick.
Lorraine was united in marriage to Marvin W. Methfessel on July 13, 1946 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sheboygan. Marvin preceded her in death on August 3, 2002.
Lorraine will be sadly missed by her children David (Diane) Methfessel of Sheboygan, Michael (Barbara) Methfessel of Plymouth, Jack (Sharon) Methfessel of Sheboygan, Brian (Lynn) Methfessel of Sheboygan, grandchildren Jessica (Paul) Nyhuis, Cory Methfessel and his fiancé Amanda, Dawn (Andy) Schuette, Kevin (Jennifer) Methfessel, Nicole (Cabot) Wilkinson, Jason Methfessel, Joshua Methfessel and his friend Candy, Amanda (Eric) Kriete, Sarah (Michael) Russart, Hannah Methfessel, Nathalie Methfessel and 13 great grandchildren. Lorraine is further survived by brothers and sisters Martin Pick, Arnold (June) Pick, Edwin (Hein) Pick, Delores (Clyde) Dhein, Janice Watcha, sister-in-law Frieda Methfessel.
Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents, husband Marvin, brother and sister-in-law Amos (Alfrieda) Pick, sisters and brothers-in-law Florence (James) Watermann, Luella (Elroy) Denderlein, brothers-in-law Robert Watcha and Robert Methfessel.
Entombment to follow in the Garden Terrace Mausoleum in Lutheran Cemetery.
