Service for Paula Blevins, 16, of Midway will be Tuesday, at 1 p.m. in the Midway Church Of God with the Rev. Gene A. Bowen in charge.

Burial will be in Coal City Community Cemetery, Coal City, Wva.

Miss Blevins was pronounced dead on arrival at a local hospital Saturday following a car accident near Shady Spring.

She was a student at Independence High School.

Born Aug. 16, 1960, she was a daughter of Fred and Peggy Hop Blevins of Midway.

Also surviving are two brothers, Donald Andrew and Ronald Vance, both at home; two sisters, Patricia Jo, Beckley, and Jennifer KAy, Huntington.

Friends may call at Williams-Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Sophia, today from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and at the church one hour prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Bill and Eddie Perry, Sherman Billings, Charles Blankenship, Kepple Bolen and Bill Sparks.
