Ann P. Kaiser, 78, of Sterling died on Monday, March 16, 1998.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 18 with vigil and rosary at 7 p.m. at Tennant Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will he held on Thursday, March 19 at 10 am. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with the Rev. Adalberto DeGante officiating.
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Mrs. Kaiser was born on January 20, 1920 to John Devie, Sr. and Katherine (Dietz) Devie in Las Animas. As a child, her family moved to Perrysberg, Ohio. She attended school at St. Rose until her family moved to Chicago and she attended St. Alphonses.
She then moved to the Crook area and graduated from Crook High School in 1940. During the war, she worked in Chicago and Gates Rubber in Denver. She married Clifford Meiger Kaiser is Denver and moved to a farm in the Sterling area.
In 1967 she moved to Sterling where she resided. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.
She is survived by three daughters, Ramona and husband Richard Hessler of Sterling; Rita and husband Larry Ertle of Sterling; and Anna Marie Kronsbein of Sterling; three sons, Robert Kaiser of Sterling; Cliff and wife Debbie Kaiser of Sterling; Chuck and wife Sandi Kaiser of Loveland; one brother, John Devie, Jr. of Sterling; two sisters, Rose Weingardt of Chicago and Irene Kippes of Denver, 12 grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters.
