Ida (Jadwiga) Sosnowski, 90, of Hope Road in Great Meadows, N.J., died Wednesday in Warren Hospital after a long illness.
Born May 15, 1900, in Poland, she resided in Jersey City, and since 1925 in Great Meadows.
She was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Great Meadows.
Her husband, Vitold Sosnowski, died Jan. 6, 1978.
Survivors include two sons, Vitold of Hackettstown and Henry of Great Meadows; three daughters, Ida Bolzan of Great Meadows, Tessie Utterback of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Eleanor Deats of Coral Springs, Fla.; 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. A daughter, Helen Sadlon, died Feb. 16, 1989.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Sts. Peter and paul Catholic Church in Great Meadows. Interment will be in Pequest Union Cemetery in Great Meadows. The Scala Memorial Home in Hackettstown is in charge of arrangements.
