John J. Fox, 55, of Hastings died unexpectedly at his home Sunday. He had lived here for 32 years after coming to America from Ruissa.
Fox is survived by his wife Mildred; daughters Mrs. DeWayne Derricks of Hastings, Mrs. Herbert Petersen of Holstien and Miss Gloria Fox at home; two sons Vernon and Donald of Hastings, five grandchildren; his father John of Hastings; and two brothers HEnry of Hastings and George of Champagne, Ill. and sisters Mrs. Walter Echternach and Margaret Cornelius of Hastings.
Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Zion Lutheran Church with the Rev. James Wuebben officiating. Burial will be in the Parkview cmetery with the Butler=Volland Funeral Home in charge.
