Note from the Racine Heritage Museum: Records for the location of burials from St. Mary's Catholic Church in Racine, Racine Co., Wisconsin between 1846-1852, were not well kept. It is believed there were burials near the church at 8th and College that were later moved to several local cemeteries, but again records were never kept. A hand written note, In the Church Burial/Death records at the Racine Heritage Museum, above Catherine Haas' name states "Bur Holy Cross, H-111" but it is not know whether this note belongs to Catherine or the name above hers.
