1st w/o John W. Weber Sr, m/o 'Lizzie' Elizabeth; John W. Jr; 'Katie' Catherine; Ludwig; Charles W; George; Mary/Maria Emilie; and Amelia Weber.
She came with her family from the 'old country'; native of Hessen Darmstadt, Germany near Frankfurt. They were Reformed Church folk settled first in Wayne Co, Ohio. Eva NICKLE married John WEBER on Sept 21, 1856 in Wayne Co., OH [Ohio Marriages] where their first two children, Elizabeth & John Jr were born.
From there they moved to Henry County in northwest Ohio; to a rural farm just north of New Bavaria along the Nickle Plate Railway. There they had 6 more children, Catherine, Charles, & Amelia who lived into adulthood. Ludwig, George and Mary/Maria died quite young; buried in Emanuel United Church of Christ Cemetery, New Bavaria, Henry County, Ohio].
Eva died about two years after Amelia was born. Her husband John remarried an older widow with two grown children. He outlived his 2nd wife by 7 years.
