ETHEL A. KAISER, age 90 of Waseca died Wednesday, December 19, 2007 at the Lake Shore Inn Nursing Home in Waseca.

Born in New Richland, Minnesota on January 13, 1917, she was the daughter of Fred and Bertha (Matthies) Jeddeloh. She graduated from New Richland High School. Before getting married she worked at Swift & Co. in Waseca. She married Donald Kaiser on January 25, 1941 in Northwood, Iowa. Through the years she worked at Brown Printing Co. in Waseca and at the Waseca Hospital as a cook. Ethel was a mom in every sense of the word, doing many things to help her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed playing cards with friends and family, and playing Chinese checkers with her husband. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Waseca, the VFW Auxiliary, and had served on the Neighborhood Service Center Board.

She is survived by five children, Judie (Rich) O'Brien of Sioux Falls, S.D., Robert (Judy) Kaiser of Waseca, David (Sheila) Kaiser of Pinewood, Mich ael Kaiser of Waterville and fiancé, Kris Busse of Waseca and Janet (Mitchell) Clow of Elbow Lake; thirteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, ten siblings and one grandson, Brian Kaiser.

Visitation will be held at Kinder-Dennis Home for Funerals on Saturday, De cember 22, 2007 from 4-8 PM, and continue on Sunday one hour before services at the church.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 23, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at St. John Lutheran Church in Waseca with Rev. Vicki R. Hultine officiating. Burial will follow at Woodville Cemetery in Waseca.
