Mrs. Helen Brown, 74, widow of Fred, formerly of 617 Oak St., Sheboygan Falls, died Tuesday evening at Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. She had been a resident of Sunny Ridge for the past two years.
She was born Nov 10, 1901 in Elkhart Lake, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Fricke. She attended Elkhart Lake High School and Sheboygan Business College. On Oct. 26, 1936, she married Mr. Brown. He preceded her in death. She was a former member of Sheboygan Falls Rebecca Lodge.
Survivors are on step-daughter, Mrs. Lillian Nelson of Fort Dodge, Iowa; one step-son, Alfred Brown of Sheboygan Falls; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Eugene (Meta) Beruer of St. Petersburg, Fla.
