Sandra was born on August 30, 1940 to James H. Wagner Sr. & Leveda J. "Brallier" Wagner (Evans). She was married to Jacob M. Kauffman from September 4, 1960 to September 1983. Together they had six children; Sherie Lynn (Garrett) from Florida (DOB March 26 1961), Connie Jo "Jessica" from Florida (DOB March 6 1962), Linda Lou (Smith) from Oklahoma (DOB July 8 1964), Jonathan David from Illinois (DOB February 24 1966), James Daniel from Florida (DOB March 18 1967) and Matthew Jacob from Oklahoma (DOB January 14 1982). Sandra was a homemaker. She was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer in May of 2005. She passed away six months following her diagnosis. She was cremated and her ashes were given to her daughter, Linda Kauffman Smith. Sandra was preceded in death by her husband Jacob, mother Leveda, father James, and brothers Danny D. Wagner & Robert L. Wagner.
