Sylvia Leona Burkhart, 90 of Van Buren died Saturday, February 17, 2001 in a nursing home.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Assembly of God.

She was survived by three daughters, Betty Dixon of Garland, Texas, Jonnie Neal of Van Buren and Shirley Jack of Park hill, Oklahoma; two sons, Walter Burkhart Jr. of Sherman Texas and Gary of Van Buren; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Graveside at Gill Cemetery.
