Aug 16.—Mrs. Catherine Hipke, who died last Sunday at the home of her son, John, at Merrill, was buried here, on Tuesday. Her children were mostly all in attendance at the funeral. John Hipke and his wife, Peter Hipke and Mr. and Mrs. Herman Banderupt,(Banderob) of Thorp. She had been ill for quite a time when death slowly came to her. She was 72 years and 7 months old.
