Services for Christina Bahr, 80, of 1211 South 14th Street, will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in Schumacher-Kish Funeral Home, LaCrosse, and at 11 a.m. in Holy Trinity Catholic Church. The Rev. Lawrence B. Berger will officiate. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, with a rosary to be said at 8 p.m.
Bahr died Wednesday, August 24, 1988, in St. Francis Medical Center.
She was born October 9, 1907, in rural Bangor to Jacob and Barbara Rutz Ritter.
On September 27, 1927, she married Edward W. Bahr at St. Joseph Ridge.
Survivors are her husband, four daughters, Evelyn Nicolai of Bangor, Helen Shannon of LaCrosse, Rosemary Ludwig and Lucille Nordeng, both of Janesville, two sons, Alfred and Eugene of LaCrosse, 36 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, a sister Louise Burchell of LaCrosse, and a brother Winzel Ritter of Bangor.
She was preceded in death by three great-grandchildren.
