Rosemary Bradley Reid-born July 20, 1940, suddenly went home to be with our Lord on July 16, 2009. Her parents, Ernest and Rose Bradley and her father Willie Casher preceded her in death. She was a faithful member of Saint Matthews Catholic Church. She leaves behind to cherish her memories a loving and devoted son, Kevin L. Reid of San Francisco, CA and his father, Leo C. Reid of Mobile, AL. She also leaves four sisters, one devoted, Geneva Bradley Morris, Cleophus Rodriguez and Dorothy Sanders, all of Mobile and Nellie Casher of Atlanta, GA; Three adopted sisters, Ethel Louise Casher of Atlanta, GA, Gertha Watson of Detroit, MI and Janice (David) Bolden of Mobile; Three devoted nieces, Angela Edwards of Madison, AL, Feliscia (Alexander) Jackson and Alleane West of Mobile; Three devoted cousins, Van (Larry) Gipson Barbara Ann King and Anita Quinney, all of Theodore, AL; Three great-nieces, Jillesa and Elizabeth Edwards, and Lydia Jackson; Six great-nephews, Allen, Nicholas, Blake, Jordan and Jonathan West and Andrew Edwards; An extended family which includes: Mittie D. Knight of Mobile, Petrina Brasley of Mobile, Alfred (Nora) Reid, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV, Iola (Louis) Roberts of Alexandria, LA, Eunice(John) Manuel of Mobile and Clotilde (Milton) Pettis of Dallas, TX; Special friends, Corrie Battles, Arementha Callier, Greneta (Mike) Ward, Irene Grove and Gertie Haywood, all of Mobile. She also leaves a host of other family members and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint Matthews Catholic Church, 906 Garity Street, Mobile Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at 11: 00 am. Visitation will begin at 10:00am with family receiving friends from 10:30am until the funeral hour. The Interment will follow in Catholic Cemetery, 1700 Dr. M.L. King Avenue, Mobile.
