Roman was born in St. Nicholas to Michael and Margaret (Dockendorf) Wolters.† He farmed on the family’s Century Farm until his retirement. Roman was an avid baseball fan and enjoyed playing golf. He was a member of St. Nicholas Parish and Catholic Aid Association.
Survivors include his sister, Hildegard; brother,†Ben (Joyce); sister-in-law, Lorraine and many nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Leo, Andrew and Raymond and sister Anastasia.Memorials are preferred to Benedictine Mission House, Schuyler, NE or the Poor Clares Monastery.
