OBITUARIES
Clinton Bohn Services Held
Mallard - Services for Mallard native Clinton Bohn were held Friday, March 27, at 11 a.m. from the Schellhammer Funeral Chapel in Mallard. The Rev. Dale Batcheler officiated.
Burial was in Rush Lake Cemetery. Casket bearers were Lester Gehrt, Tom Conway, Harold Draman, Orlo Oskvig, Basil Duffy and Kenneth Hartsock.
Mr. Bohn died Monday, March 23, 1981, at the Milford Care Center. He was 84.
Clinton Bohn was born Jan. 27, 1897, at Mallard, the son of Frank and Jennie Bohn. He received his education in the Mallard schools. Mr. Bohn farmed in the Mallard area and later worked for Railroad Express in Chicago for many years.
In 1944 Clinton Bohn and Blanche Worthington were married. She preceded him in death in 1970. Mr. Bohn then moved to Livermore, Calif., for some time and later became a resident of the Milford Care Center.
Surviving are two step children, George Worthington of Enumclaw, Wash., and Mrs. Phillip (Enid) Halck of Livermore, Calif.; 12 step grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Pearl Ward of Milford; and four brothers, Merle Bohn of Spirit Lake, Donald Bohn of Cass Lake, Minn., Roy Bohn of Fredrick, Wisc., and Carl Bohn of Gowrie.
