HARDIN ---Henry Dorn Sr., 86, died Monday in the Big Horn County Memorial Hospital after a long illness. He was born March 29, 1889, in Walter, Russia, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Dorn. He went to Canada in 1911 and in the same year moved to Kansas City, Kan.In 1913 he moved to Park City. On Dec. 19, 1915, he married Mary Reichert in Park City. The family moved to a farm north of Hardin in 1920 and he farmed until 1952 when he retired because of ill health. He was a member of the Christ Evangelical and Reform Church of Hardin.
Survivors include the widow; four sons. Henry of Worden, Carl and George of Hardin, and John of Bozeman; two daughters, Mrs. Martha Wagner of Hardin and Mrs. Marie Job of Laurel; five brothers, Jake, Conrad and George, all of Billings, Alex of Toppenish, Wash., and John of Springfield, Ore.; 18 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Bullis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Dave Gould officiating. Burial will be in Hardin Cemetery..
