Illness Fatal To Mrs. Fuchs
Mrs. Mercedes Fuchs, 1906 East Rogers, died Thursday following a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Fuchs was born Nov 20, 1880, at Fredericksburg, Tex., and had lived in Brewster County and Lubbock county, Tex., before coming to El Reno in 1944 from Lubbock County.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. E. H. Hobson, 1511 Shuttee; a sister, Miss Leilet Richter, Austin, Tex.; a grandson, Fred R. Hobson, stationed with the U. S. airforce overseas, and a granddaughter, Sharon Hobson, 1511 Shuttee.
Funeral services were heId at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Wilson funeral home chapel with the Rev. BurreI J. McNaught, pastor of the First Methodist church at Cordell, and the Rev. Grady N. Ross, pastor of Wesley Methodist church, officiating. Burial was in the El Reno cemetery under direction of the Wilson funeral home.
