The body of Mrs. Katherine Wagner, 76, widow of Chris Wagner, is at Melcher funeral home and will remain there until the last rites Tuesday at 9 A.M. at Holy Reemer church with Rev. W. F. Connolly officiating. Mrs. Wagner, who resided at 1604 seventh St., died Thursday at 9 P.M. Of a heart attack at the home of a daughter, Mrs. John O'Keefe, in Cincinnati. Mrs. Wagner went there to visit over Mother's day and was taken ill. She died of a heart attack. Mrs. Wagner was born was born June 5, 1868, in Covington, Ky., a daughter of of Bernard and Elizabeth Urlage. Mr. and Mrs. Wagner located in Portsmouth 45 years ago. Mr. Wagner a widely-known barber here, died in 1939. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. O'Keefe and Mrs. Stella Edmonds of Cleveland and a son, John of Los Angeles, 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Also surviving are a brother John Urlage and a sister, Mrs. Bernadine Reuttinger, both of Covington. Mrs. Wagner was a member of the Holy Redeemer church, The Mothers' club, Altar and Rosary society and the C.L. of C.
