The remains of the late Mrs. Matilda Sablotni who died in the asylum at Jacksonville, arrived in this city Tuesday night at 4:30 o'clock and were taken to the residence of Edward Sablotni, 1352 East Condit street.
The funeral was held this afternoon at 2 o'clock from St. Johannes German Lutheran church, Rev. A. T. W. Heyne conducted the service. The burial was at Greenwood cemetery.

Mrs. Matilda Sablotni died at the hospital for the insane at Jacksonville at 10 o'clock Monday morning. The body was brought to this city last night. The deceased was the widow of Carl Sablotni and the mother of five children. She was a native of Prussia and was 53 years of age. The funeral will take place from the St. Johanns church at 2 o'clock this afternoon.
