SERVICES HELD MONDAY FOR J. W. CAYLER

Funeral Services were held in the First Baptist Church Monday afternoon for John William CAYLER, 83, who died at his home in Perryton Saturday following a long illness.

Mr. CAYLER, a retired farmer had lived in Perryton for the past ten years and had been in failing health for the past two years.

Rev. Keith McCormick, pastor of the First Baptist Church, conducted the final rites. Pallbearers were Jim GUNTER, Homer GURLEY, H. G. EVANS, C. H. WILLIAMS, Ray WRIGHT and Gordon WRIGHT.

Mr. CAYLER is survived by his wife, Bertha; a son, Harry CAYLER of Hereford; four daughters, Mrs. Edna WOMBLE, Sacramento, California, Mrs. Wm. F. MOORE, Durango, Colorado, Mrs. John C. OSTHERBUHR, Liberal, Mrs. J. W. NICHOLS, Winfield, Kansas; a sister, Mrs. Cora RICHARDSON of Long Beach, California, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

One son, William R. CAYLER, preceded his father in death in 1947.

Interment was in the Ochiltree Cemetery.
