According to his death certificate, he was the son of copper miner Tony Prince and Ursula Krantz Prince both born in Austria. He was a school boy age 8 years 9 months at the time of his death owing to meningitis.

Death of Child
Tony, the nine months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Tony Prince, of Upper Lowell, died at the C. & A. hospital at 8 o'clock last night. The child had been sick with the measles and had a relapse. The funeral will probably be held Sunday.
