Mrs G Edward Shoap
Mrs. Anna R. Shoap. wife of G. Edward Shoap. Arendtsville. died at 2:45 p.m. Monday at ber home. She bad been in failing health for a number of years.
Mrs. Shoap was a native of Virginia but had lived most of her life in Adams County. She was a daughter of the late Harry and Elizabeth Wolfe Roth. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star of Gettysburg.
Surviving are her husband, a sister, Mrs. Hermie Bowman. Shepherdstown R.D., and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Dugan Funeral Home, Bendersville. There will also be commital services at the funeral home. The services will be conducted by the Rev. Nevin R. Frantz.
Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday afternoon from 1 o'clock until the time of services
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
