Irene Jarco, age 77, of Syracuse, passed away Monday. Born and educated in Poland, she was a loving housewife who divided her time between enjoying her family, her cooking and working in her garden. Irene was a communicant of the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Survivors: her devoted husband of 57 years, Stefan; three daughters, Dorothy Bass of Onondaga Hill, Sabina (Billy) Redington of Syracuse and Mary Anne (John) Reaume of Baldwinsville; a sister, Teresa Trzeciak of Syracuse; five grandchildren, Melissa Brigandi, Michelle Agostinoni, Brian Bass, Shannon and Jarret Reaume; and three great-grandchildren, Chasyn, Reagan and Kailyn. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at GIMINSKI-WYSOCKI FUNERAL HOME and 10:30 a.m. at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Interment: Sacred Heart Cemetery, Geddes. Friends may call upon the family Friday from 4 to 7 p.m., 1320 W. Genesee St.
