Reinhardt Spindler
Reinhardt Spindler, 51, of 517 Marshall St., city, was pronounced dead on arrival at Luther Hospital Wednesday night. He was a driver for Home Oil Co. here for several years. Born in Stratford, Marathon County, Mr Spindler came to Eau Claire, shortly after his marriage to the former Janet Doescher of Wausau.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are two daughters mrs Perry Nyseth of Mondovi and Cynthia of Eau Claire; his father, Peter Spindler of Stratford; six brothers, Elmer of Crestline, Calif., Arnold of Stratford, Herbert of Amherst, Mass., Ervin of Rothchild, Wis and Herman and Raymond, both of Eau Claire; two sisters, Mrs Ida Stanke and Mrs Marlin Doescher both of Wausau.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 pm Saturday from the Smith Funeral Chapel, the Rev. herbert Juneau of Our Redemer's Lutheran church officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Gardens. Friends may call from 2 pm today until time of services at the funeral home.
